Intro

As a computer engineering graduate student, I have been developing strong programming abilities in Python, C/C++, and JavaScript through my coursework and projects. My technical skills include experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and common ML frameworks. For my academic projects, I created a food reservation web app using MERN stack and built a game console in C. I also built a laptop price predictor using Python and machine learning. As a teaching assistant, I aided Microprocessor and Computer Architecture labs using simulations, Arduino, and C/C++. As a research assistant, I worked on a cloud resource optimization project involving Docker, DBaaS, and Kubernetes. Outside of class, I participated in technical and volunteer organizations, and enjoy playing sports. I am excited to apply my programming skills, systems knowledge, and team collaboration abilities to my new academic and professional roles.

Work

Since June 2023, I have been working as a research assistant under the guidance of
Dr. Farshad Khunjush in a dynamic research group. Our research primarily focuses on the fields of Serverless Computing and Database as a Service (DBaaS), with a specific emphasis on optimization objectives.

This experience has provided me with valuable insights into the latest advancements in Cloud Computing, AI, and Machine Learning. It has been a privilege to work on these cutting-edge areas of study and expand my knowledge and skills in the process.
